You could learn basic phrases like that in a day or two, but to get to a level where you can actually hold a basic conversation might be difficult in such a short time. I wouldn’t say it’s impossible, but you’d have to work hard for those two weeks.

It is possible. Im learning french in school but I could help you. Hello could be said as Bonjor or you could say Salut for hello or goodbye. Pardon is Pardon-moi, thank you is merci or you could say merci beacoup as thank you very much. Here is a site I use when trying to figure out some phrases and stuff. You can translate almost anything on it.
