Is it possible for me to make the characters in the games speak spanish or even give spanish subtitles?

Learn Spanish Alphabet
Only if your version of the game offers you the option of Spanish instead of English text. Spanish speech will require pre-recording of the language into the game so you can’t just magically make it happen, it has to be offered by the game developer!
