Move to Span or Mexico.
Learn Spanish Lesson
Take classes (the Rosetta Stone online classes are supposed to be pretty good, if you’re short on time) and then immerse yourself in a Spanish-speaking environment. Listen to music in Spanish, watch TV in Spanish, talk with Hispanic people (preferably those who are good at English too so they can help you when you get stuck.) Dive in and you’ll get it faster than you think.

Learn Speak Spanish
I think you already know a bit of spanish, so take a week trip to Mexico, it would be great if you do this with a Hispanic friend. Forget that you talk in english. That will force you to speak, hear, read, write and even think in spanish.
And in no more than a week you should be speaking and understanding a lot more than now.
If you can get some mexican Gossip magazines like “TV Notas” or “Teleguia” or watch this kind of TV shows, they will help you, because they use a very colloquial spanish language.
Help Learn Spanish
you must buy a book for learning vocabulary, please don’t try to learn the verb conjugation drills by yourself… spanish is not an easy language for the verbs… you can start learning vocabulary with ilustrated books, it’s great!
you must learn the other things in an ACADEMY or coming to spain in an EXCHANGE!
i know it because i’m spanish and lot of people tell me that they find it difficult, learning verbs, pronouns, etc… lts of verbs tenses and modes…
