How can I learn Spanish fast?

 Powered by Max Banner Ads
London asked:

I feel bad that I’m part Dominican and know virtually no spanish, so I’ve decided to try and learn it. After I moved to Spanish Harlem, NY I felt like I really needed to learn it (since everyone speaks it there) and so I was wondering how I could go about this? I was thinking about moving to the Dominican Republic for a year or two, do you think that would help. Last time I was there I didn’t learn any but you never know.

Which schools to learn Spanish in Guadalajara?

spachick2000 asked:

I am thinking about going to Guadalajara for one week next year to learn Spanish. I took level 1 already. I am still not very confident speaking, writing (yet) so my goals I hope to accomplish in a week 1) feel more confident speaking 2) understand Spanish and the “rhythm” of it when someone speaks. Does anyone know of any reputable companies in Guadalajara where I can meet my goals?
Let me re-iterate – I want to learn Spanish not English.

Would French be hard to learn after learning Spanish?

asked:

I’m taking French next semester. I know Spanish pretty well.

How hard will it be to learn? I’ve heard many differing opinions on this, some say the pronunciation will alone make it harder but others say the common ground with Spanish grammar as Latin languages will make it easier.
