Has anyone heard of or gone to any schools in South America to learn spanish?

I’m planning on traveling to South America later this year. I would like to spend the first month learning spanish at some sort of school or program. I am flexible as to what country I travel to, but what I would like is a school or program that is reasonably priced (around $1000 for the month) and that provides accommodation.
