If I wanted to learn Spanish, would it be better to get a private tutor or buy some type of program?
Miss A asked:
I really want to become fluent in Spanish and I won’t be able to take the courses in college because I have to focus on the neccessary courses for my major.

I know it depends on where you live, etc. But about how much would a private spanish tutor charge? Or should I buy an online program like Rosetta Stone?
Serious answers only please. Thanks!
I live in Chattanooga, TN.

What is the fastest way to learn Spanish?
megan.hutchins asked:
Just came back from Honduras and wanted to learn how to speak better Spanish. I have taken many classes in High School and College but I still cannot speak it very well. I wanted to know if there were any programs that could help me improve my conversational Spanish. I checked out Rosetta Stone but wasn’t sure if it was very effective. Was skeptical because it costs so much. Any other programs similar but at a better price? Thanks!

I am half mexican and would love to learn Spanish. I of course know the basics, but I would love to become fluent. I know a lot of people say the best way to learn is to live there for a while, but what are some other ways. Not everyone can just pick up and move to Mexico or Spain….websites? Classes?
