Does anyone know if there are funds available for people who want to learn Spanish but can’t afford to?

I am a counselor and work for an outpatient mental health center in Georgia and would like to learn Spanish to better help our spanish-speaking consumers but my place of employment will not pay for any outside education and I can’t not afford to pay for it myself. I know that other counselors in the center would also like to learn. Is there any program that gives money to help learn Spanish individually or in a group?
