What is the best free way to learn Spanish on the internet?

Any good websites? I would like something well organized (lessons with vocabulary, grammar, and if possible some listening would be great instead of just large lists of words and grammar points separated). The more intensive the better. I’m basically a beginner, took 4 years but forgot it completely.

Well ok I have been seeing his guy for about three weeks now, and well he is from Mexico. Just moved here. I am trying to help him learn English, he is doing ok, its just that it is not that good yet.
