Would French be hard to learn after learning Spanish?

I’m taking French next semester. I know Spanish pretty well.
I’m taking French next semester. I know Spanish pretty well.
How hard will it be to learn? I’ve heard many differing opinions on this, some say the pronunciation will alone make it harder but others say the common ground with Spanish grammar as Latin languages will make it easier.
